I ordered cupcakes from Sprinkles and thought they were worth the price. They’re not exactly cheap, but the quality was really good and everyone ended up liking them. I’ve paid more for fancy packaging and extra stuff that felt totally unnecessary, so this felt like a better deal overall.

I ordered some cupcakes from sprinkles.com and yeah, they kinda missed the mark for me. They didn’t really taste fresh, like the cake was a bit dry and the frosting had that “been sitting around” vibe.
Maybe it was just an off batch or something, but for what they cost I was expecting a lot better. Delivery was totally fine, no issues there, the cupcakes themselves were just disappointing.

I ordered a box from Sprinkles for a small birthday get-together, they looked really cute when they arrived. No complaints on the presentation at all, so I was hoping they’d be worth the effort of ordering and setting everything up.
Once we actually ate them, though, it was disappointing. The cake was dense, crumbly, and dry around the edges, not soft or fresh-tasting like I expected. It was annoying because I’d spent time planning around these cupcakes, and it felt like wasted energy for something that ended up being so underwhelming.
The frosting was okay, maybe a little too sweet, but it didn’t really save them since the cupcakes themselves needed way more moisture. For the price, I expected better and probably won’t order these again for anything important.

The order ended up showing up almost 2 hours after the window, and I kept checking the tracking, but it didn’t really explain what was happening. I reached out to customer service and they were polite enough, but I still didn’t get much clarity.
The cupcakes themselves were good and everyone liked them, so that part wasn’t the issue. But for the price, I expected the delivery to be more dependable, or at least easier to understand when there was a delay. I’m not sure I’d do delivery again.

The box showed up crushed, and the Sprinkles inside didn’t really stand a chance. They were mostly smashed by the time I opened it.

The cupcakes were decent overall, and a couple of the flavors were really good. But some of them were way too sweet for me, and the wording on the menu was kind of misleading. A few sounded like they’d be more balanced or unique, but ended up tasting mostly like straight sugar...

I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service more than once, but it felt like I was the one having to chase them the whole time. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, it was like they didn’t even read what I wrote. Just generic copy-paste stuff that didn’t actually help. I usually like the products, which makes it even more frustrating, but the whole support experience made me feel ignored. At this point, I don’t think I’ll order from sprinkles.com again.

This one was way too sweet for me. I took a few bites and it felt like a total sugar overload, so I couldn’t even finish it. I could see it being a hit for someone with a serious sweet tooth, but for me it was definitely a miss.

Ordered cupcakes for a birthday and loved how simple it was to customize everything on sprinkles.com. Picked the flavors, colors, and little decorations without it feeling like a whole project. They turned out exactly how I hoped and looked really cute. Made the order feel personal but not complicated. Would definitely use again

The box showed up looking neat, and I was, i was glad to see none of the cupcakes were squished. Everything stayed cold and fresh, so the packaging definitely did its job.

I’m not sure what else people expect, but my order from sprinkles.com came exactly right. Nothing was missing, nothing was mixed up, and the cupcakes matched what I picked online. Even the flavors were in the correct box, which I appreciated. It was simple, sure, but that’s literally all I wanted. I’m happy with it.
